Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals and comes in an endless variety of colors and textures. Powder coating is resistant to chipping, fading, dripping or sagging.
Thermoplastics
Thermoplastics are used for applications that require better corrosion and UV protection compared to standard powder coating. The coating can be applied electrostatically, by fluidized bed, or by the thermal spray process. Typical applications for thermoplastics would be those located in close proximity to salt water, corrosive chemicals or extreme sunlight.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is one of most effective ways to shape or strip and smooth a surface of any foreign material. It has an effect similar to that of using sand paper, but provides a more even finish with no problems with corners, nooks, or crannies. Sandblasting helps to rejuvenate the material and start the process of making it look new again.
